Excellent Customer Service

Jane provided an excellent service while selling my house in Mount Cook, Wellington. Wrong Market - Right Team

Trying to sell in a tough market is no walk in the park. Critical to a successsful outcome is to choose the right agents, which Jane & Ryan were for us. We originally listed in February but the property didn't sell so we withdrew from the market - no reflection on the agents; everything to do with the market. However, six months later and the house is now sold due to the tenacity and perseverance of this team who did not forget us even though we were no longer listed. I highly recommend this Harcourts team.

Jane is a wizard

For context Jane helped my into my first home. Going from knowing very little about the purchase and auction process Jane was there all the way fielding the many questions I had. Jane was very easy to get a hold of, with very good and clear communication. I later found out that Jane is a weapon in the auction room and helped me win on the big day. Knowledgeable and trustworthy

This is the second time we have used Jane as our real estate agent. She's thorough, honest, hardworking, professional and easy to deal with. Jane was able to support us with dressing the house and helping us find tradespeople when we needed them (we live remotely). We would use her again in a heartbeat if buying or selling in Wellington.

Outstanding!
